Don’t just delegate tasks-delegate decision-making. Trust unlocks potential.
Early in my leadership journey, I’d hand out tasks but still hold all the decision power. It was faster, sure, but I noticed my team was less engaged. The first time I said, “It’s your call-how would you approach it?” The results were astonishing. Not only did they step up, but their solutions were often better than mine.
